CLIENT: MUP SRUUK

PROJECT: Alert call

Challenge:

Raise awareness about the national Early Warning and Crisis Management System (SRUK), designed to notify citizens in real time about imminent dangers — from natural disasters to emergencies. The key goal was to show how quick and clear alerts can make the difference between panic and protection.

Our idea:

“Alerted = Protected.”

We focused on one clear message: A timely warning saves lives. To bring this to life, we depicted relatable everyday situations disrupted by sudden, critical alerts — emphasizing how these messages, delivered via mobile phones, allow people to react quickly and stay safe.

Creative execution:

The 30-second spot follows various characters — a young couple out for a walk, a mother and child at home — as their routines are suddenly interrupted by alert tones and text messages from number 112. We see the alerts pop up on their phones, warning of flooding, fire, or extreme weather. Their swift reactions — moving to safety, turning off appliances, seeking shelter — show how simple steps can have life-saving outcomes.

The cinematography is clean and cinematic, with a grounded, emotional tone. The spot ends with the powerful and memorable slogan:

“Alerted = Protected.” (Upozoren = Spašen.)

Why Does It Work?

Because it connects directly to the audience’s everyday reality and shows how the system fits seamlessly into their lives.

Rather than relying on fear, the story is driven by practical empowerment, giving people the confidence to act smart and stay safe. When the warning comes, you know what to do.
