Mirenje - život bez spora
Client:
Ministry of Justice and Public Administration (Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave)
Challenge:
Raise public awareness about mediation (mirenje) as a faster, simpler, and more cost-effective alternative to court proceedings. Many citizens are unaware of this option — or see it as abstract, bureaucratic, or ineffective.
Our idea:
“Life Without Conflict. Choose Peace Over Court.”
We wanted to humanize the idea of mediation by showing how everyday people — from different generations and life stages — experience prolonged disputes, and what happens when they choose a better path. By tapping into real emotional frustrations (lost time, money, energy), we positioned mediation as not just a legal tool, but a life-improving choice.
Creative execution:
A 30-second spot built around a sequence of relatable characters (parents, neighbors, business partners, a divorced couple), each briefly sharing how conflict drained them.
Their testimonies are simple, emotional, and direct: “We argued for years…”, “It cost us everything but solved nothing…” This builds toward a warm shift in tone as each person reflects on the moment they chose mirenje — and found clarity, peace, and resolution.
Why Does It Work?
Because it speaks the language of everyday life. The spot avoids legal jargon and instead builds empathy through real human frustrations and emotions. It makes mediation feel accessible and smart, not abstract. And in just 30 seconds, it reframes conflict resolution as not only the rational choice, but the emotionally rewarding one.
